Our exhibits include the Chair of State of the last colonial German governor of the German Togoland (now Togo and Volta Region), local paintings, woodcraft & sculptures and traditional precolonial and post colonial pottery, Volta Region Kente designs, masks, chiefs’ stools, traditional precolonial state and chief swords, and displays on Asante fetish shrines.`
There is also a small souvenir shop, inside the museum. Sales generated support the maintenance of the Volta Regional Museum, beside publications, prints and small hand crafted items, you`ll will be guided trough our museum, if wish.
